This simple, low-carb recipe is perfect for any night of the week. All you have to do is brown beef in the pan, add the veggies and spices and cook on high for 4 hours. You will have a delicious dinner that tastes just like spaghetti in meat sauce. This is also a great way to sneak vegetables into your child's diet!

Whole Chicken

Cooking a whole chicken can seem intimidating, but it is actually extremely easy! All you have to do is chop a bunch of vegetables and lay your seasoned chicken on top.
