This healthy recipe will be the easiest pudding you'll ever make.
- 2/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
To the ground flaxseed, add cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup. (Make sure that coconut milk is mixed well before adding.)
Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh fruit (like raspberries) and fresh mint.
