This Mom Had a Maternity Shoot in Everyone’s Favorite Place

Long gone are the days when moms and moms-to-be had photo shoots in a simple studio. Now the world is our photo booth and moms are coming up with creative and adorable locations for their maternity shoots. From beaches to beautiful parks, moms are starting to think outside the box when it comes to these photoshoots. One mom, however, proved that nothing is off limits when she took her shoot somewhere we all know and love: Target.

Heather, from Inspired by a True Story Photography, recently posted her maternity photos to Facebook and parents everywhere were swooning over her adorable pictures. These fun and playful images taken at her local Target show her inner childhood spirit. She said that this shoot was a homage to all the fellow Target moms. "The ones with the messy buns, half empty before you even make it to the back of the store Starbucks cups, toys you aren't really buying and cheese balls to get you through the store," Heather stated in her post.

She got to run around with her daughter through the isles having fun while a photographer captured their best moments. Heather said, "Surprisingly nobody thought we were too weird except Brad, Page's husband, who would not be seen with us on this day. Haha! It's always a blast to get together with other photogs and bring our creative visions to life." Spending the day being goofy and candid in her favorite store with her daughter made for the best pictures because she was in her element being herself! Sometimes the best pictures aren't planned or staged. Sometimes the best pictures are the ones taken in your old jeans, hair tied up and running around your favorite store.
