I Am Jazz
, the TLC series that follows transgender teenager Jazz Jennings, has been once again nominated for a GLAAD media award for Outstanding Reality Program. These awards aim to "recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives."

The show gives viewers a look into the life of Jazz who, although born a male, has been living as a female since kindergarden. On the current season, we follow Jazz on her quest toward gender confirmation surgery. The video above shows just one example of the hardships she's had to face throughout her journey.

Jazz's amazing story as a transgender girl earned the show a win in the same category in 2016's GLAAD Awards and another nomination last year. We're thrilled her bravery is recognized again this year!
