Sister Wives' Christine Brown shared a delicious recipe for the cheesy breakfast omelet her family can't get enough of. Now, you too can make this simple, yet satisfying dish a staple at your family's morning meals. - Fixings, including your choice of: chopped onions, sliced green onions, cooked crumbled bacon, cooked crumbled sausage, chopped spinach, pesto, chopped peppers, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and so many fun cheeses!
- 2 large eggs
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese (I like Swiss)
Plug in a griddle and heat to medium-high. Put all the fixings you want except the cheese on one side of the griddle to heat. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a small bowl and pour on the other side of the griddle. Flip the eggs over once and sprinkle with the cheese. Put the fixings on top of cheese and fold the omelet in half. That’s it! Oh, I use two spatulas to turn the eggs!
