There is no doubt that little Crew Gaines is fitting right in with Chip, Joanna, and the rest of their gang. The mom-of-five has been sharing snapshots into their day-to-day with baby Crew, and her latest baby update is giving us all the feels.

In a close up picture of Chip holding Crew, who is sleeping soundly while swaddled in a hunter green blanket, Instagram users can see that Chip is still sporting the medical bracelet given to new parents in the hospital.

"Chip started a tradition with Drake where he wore the hospital bracelet until it fell off," she captioned the adorable photo. "Looks like the tradition lives on. #5"

We absolutely love this tradition and think it's such a sweet and simple way to honor the newest member of their family. But knowing Chip, that bracelet might not last too long because he will probably start a demo day that will take care of that bracelet. Either way, it will make a great story and keepsake for Crew.

Chip and Joanna are already parents to Drake, 13; Ella, 11; Duke, 9; and Emmie, 8 and welcomed Crew on June 21st. However, this might not be the last baby in the Gaines household.

"We think about things like when Emmie goes off to college this little one will only be 10," she told PEOPLE in April. "It's just crazy to think how wide that gap is, but Chip just loves hanging out with the kids and it's just such a sweet thing."

Not that we have a vote on the matter, but we say yes to more kids, Chip and Joanna! "I had four kids aged 4 and under," she tells PEOPLE. "There were so many diapers, and it was chaos. Those years just flew because there was so much happening in the moment. I feel like I can really take this one in and relish these moments."
