Surprise! Angelica from sMothered Welcomes First Child

Talk about a big reveal! Angelica from TLC's sMothered is known for her closer-than-close relationship with mom Sunhe, and on the season two finale of sMothered she shocked fiance Jason by revealing they were going to be parents too.
Now they're thrilled to announce their first child has arrived and...it's a girl! Amara Jael arrived June 10, 2020 weighing 4lb 2oz and 18 inches long. Little Amara arrived a few weeks early, but after a short hospital stay the family is happy to be home and healthy.
In an exclusive video for TLCme, Angelica says she was surprised Amara came early, admitting "it was a little upsetting...you think you have all this time, and then all of a sudden you don't have any more time, so nothing was ready."
But of course, glowing new Grandmother Sunhe wasn't surprised at all!
"I knew between 7 and 9 months, anything can happen” she says.

Now the new family is looking forward to all the future has in store...and that includes "Gamma" Sunhe.
From piano lessons to sports or even pageants, Sunhe says she can't wait for all the activities she's always imagined enjoying with a granddaughter.
"She's spoiling [Amara] already" says Jason, adding "it’s too early!"
