Congratulations are in order! 90 Day Fiance's Liz is engaged and excited to tie the knot with her fiance, Alec. Liz appeared on this season of 90 Day: The Single Life and attended a girls' trip with fellow alums Sophie and Julia. She bravely shared her health struggles and questioned what she wanted next in her life, so it's unbelievably sweet to see Liz happy and looking forward to her future with Alec!

Just take a look at the ring! The 4-carat rock is perfect.

Liz shared, "After all the laughs, adventures, late nights, and memories together, we finally get forever! Alec and I are so excited for this next chapter."

Liz announced her engagement and introduced Alec to the other singles during the Tell All. Stay tuned to see the big moment for yourself!

During this season of 90 Day: The Single Life, Liz met and connected with one of Pedro's friends, Villa. However, Liz had been seeing Alec back at home before her girls' trip and they left things there while she was away. She went into the trip hoping to be open, explore being single, and ultimately decide what she was going to do when she returned home. Clearly, the time apart pulled Liz and Alec even closer together.

Liz has come such a long way since we met her on the first season of 90 Day: The Single Life, where she began dating Big Ed. Her relationships had their ups and downs, but she's thriving now!
