Now that we’re fully in the swing of Pumpkin Spice Latte (and more!) season, I’m finding it harder to cut back on all the sugary ingredients featured in these seasonal drinks.
Enter Copper Cow Coffee’s Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee. Female-founded and owned, Copper Cow is on a mission to sustainably support and share Vietnamese coffee globally. The company works directly with Vietnamese farmers, both paying double for their beans and partnering with them to reduce their environmental impact.
The PSG version is a blend of robusta and arabica coffee, which has nutty and chocolate notes, and then it is ground with real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger (no artificial flavors here).
If you’re still craving a bit more sweetness, add whole milk plus a drop of maple syrup, agave, or honey to your liking.

Soon they’ll be launching Vanilla Chai, which will feature organic Madagascan vanilla beans, cardamom from India, and Vietnamese cinnamon and ginger (think of a dirty chai without the added sugar).
