Check Out These Gorgeous Tulum Locations

On 90 Day: Hunt for Love, the singles attend a lively singles retreat in Tulum, Mexico in search of fun and romance. The stunning beach town in Riviera Maya has so much to offer, from beautiful jungle hikes to pristine beaches and fine dining to authentic taquerias. It’s the perfect setting for any romantic adventure!

Here are some places across Tulum that are ultra romantic and scenic, making them perfect for an escape as a couple.

Tulum Ruins

Tulum was once a very important port city protected by walls. The ruins of the ancient Mayan city remain today with a few temples and the giant stone walls. Learning about the history and architecture may not seem like your typical definition of romance, but spending time together exploring and experiencing the culture will prove otherwise.

Cenote Calavera

Around Tulum you’ll hear people talk about cenotes or giant swimming holes. But these aren’t just your average swimming hole, they are more like underwater caves. Many of them are stunning pools of crystal blue water with rays of sunshine hitting in just the right way. This one is slightly less touristy, meaning you may just get it all to yourself on a given day. Muy romántico!

Wild Tulum

In the jungles of Tulum lies a restaurant with lush greenery and beautifully focused on the bounty of local Mexican ingredients, all beautifully plated. Wild Tulum will make the perfect romantic dinner or cocktail spot.

Kan Luum Lagoon

About 10 minutes from Tulum, you’ll find the Kan Luum Lagoon, a beautiful natural wonder with water that is multiple shades of blue throughout. You can’t swim at the cenote nearby, but you can wade in the lagoon, lounge on hammocks, walk the pier together or check out an aerial view of the water from the viewing tower.

Nest Beach Club

Nest Beach Club, a 12-room beach resort, is a true romantic escape. Right off the beach, yet still private, couples can indulge in spa services, activities like yoga, meditation, and mezcal tasting — and of course plenty of delicious food.

Aktun Chen

There’s so much to do at this national park, from touring underground caves and snorkeling in cenotes to taking a ride on a zipline and spending time with the animals in their animal rescue. It's a worthy excursion and a great place to spend time as a couple.

Hartwood

Hartwood is a stunning open air beach restaurant nestled on the jungle side of the road. It features the freshest sea-to-table ingredients with an ever-changing menu of what’s fresh and abundant that day in Tulum.

Casa Malca

This modern beachfront hotel has just about everything from a beach club on the pristine white sand of the Yucatan peninsula and beautiful artwork to stellar food and a rooftop spa. There’s no reason to leave with everything at your fingertips and beautiful views abound.

Azulik Spa

If you’re looking to connect with your partner on a deep level, this spa offers a holistic approach to wellness with incredible oceanfront massages, cacao ceremonies, sound baths, astrology sessions and so much more. It’s a true retreat from the day-to-day hustle.

Sian Kaan

Being immersed in nature is good for any relationship and this is the perfect place to do it. This biosphere reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with over 500 varieties of flora and fauna. Go birdwatching at sunset, snorkel in the coral reef, go on a private boat tour, or try your hand at fly fishing. No matter what you do, this is such a special place to visit.
