Loren recently hosted a Q&A on social media and it opened up a much bigger discussion about Tourette Syndrome, which she first mentioned having on the third season of 90 Day Fiance.
Back then, she worried about revealing her diagnosis to Alexei's parents and to viewers at home. It became a learning moment for those who were unfamiliar with Tourette Syndrome and she has been transparent about her tics ever since.
During the Q&A, a fan asked, "You [ticced] a lot while arguing with Elizabeth, do your muscles hurt when you over express yourself?"

Loren replied in a story post, "For people with Tourette Syndrome, when you're stressed, talking about it, overwhelmed, anxious, overly excited, whatever it is, tics are more pronounced and they come out more. They're always changing, they're never the same, and every person is different."
She continued, "So, for me, sitting at the Tell All was incredibly hard. Filming the season was incredibly hard and I was very overwhelmed. I was very stressed, I was uncomfortable."
She referenced a specific motor tic, saying, "This tic that I'm doing — yes. It's super painful... It's annoying and it's exhausting, but it could be worse. So, that's why I have to stay positive and I'm not hiding it anymore. And it actually helps and it makes me feel better because I don't have to hide it. And shame on anyone who makes fun of somebody else for having Tourette Sydnrome or something else."
A few days later, Loren documented a trip to a trusted doctor, where she moved forward with Botox injections. The neurotoxin is commonly used as a treatment to relax the muscles that engage in motor tics. Loren had her neck band muscles treated in hopes it would relieve some of the pain associated with her neck tics, like the one mentioned in her Q&A.

In her story, she said, "I am getting Botox in my neck for my Tourette Syndrome... for now!"
