90 Day Fiance: Kobe's Suprise for Emily Will Make You Tear Up

90 Day Fiance's Emily and Kobe are expecting their fourth child together and this pregnancy has Emily reminiscing. She looked back at a very special memory from the day she gave birth to their youngest son, Atem, and posted it to social media for us all to enjoy.
Emily wrote, "The night before we went to the hospital to have Atem, I asked Kobe to pick up dinner for us so we didn’t have to cook. I was sitting on the couch waiting and waiting for him to arrive getting more impatient by the minute (my pregnant mamas know). Wondering why our 15min pick up order was taking over an hour."
"The next morning we woke up at 5am to pick up donuts for our nurses and get to the hospital by 6am where I was greeted with this surprise. One I will never forget.
It truly is the little things," she added.
In the video, Emily walked into her delivery room to see beautiful decorations: balloons, garlands, the works. She read a heartfelt card and was clearly overjoyed with Kobe's sweet gesture.
The video featured on-screen text that said, "Sometimes I think 'Dang my husband's not very romantic.'" and switched to, "Then, I remember the time he went to the hospital the night before my induction and did this."
Kobe stopped by the hospital the night before to create a special atmosphere for Emily the following morning. And so, dinner might've been a little late that one evening, but for a very heartwarming reason.
