There are certain behaviors specific only to toddlers and small children, and they're so common we parents almost don't even notice them -- or how truly ridiculous they are. That is until we see some grown ups take on some little-kid antics to show the many ridiculous things we just sigh at most days.

Take this absolutely hilarious video from the fine folks at Story of This Life, which shows otherwise normal adults mimicking typical toddler acts like pushing their food off their plate to signal they're done, banging on pots and pans, and mysteriously losing a sock during a meltdown.

According to their website, Story of This Life is the web series and online chronicle of Esther Anderson and her husband, Thad, who have miraculously managed to move 21 times in the past 6 years (owing in part to Thad's job as a construction manager) -- all with a "rambunctious toddler" in tow. Check them out and you won't be disappointed in the realness.
