Mykelti and Tony Welcome a Baby Girl!

A new Sister Wives baby has arrived! Mykelti and Tony welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Avalon Asa Padron, at 9:37 p.m. on April 5, 2021. Their little one weighed in at 8lbs 14oz and measured 20 1/2 inches long.

The couple chose to have a home birth with a midwife, with support from both Tony and Mykelti's moms. Mykelti even got extra labor coaching thanks to video chat!

"We are both very happy with our baby and the success of our home delivery" says the new parents. "We were excited Robyn could join us via Zoom the whole labor" they revealed.

Tony boasted about Mykelti, saying, "My wife’s the strongest person I know and it shows."

"Avalon is gorgeous, enjoyable and full of life," the new mom shared.

Although it wasn't the smoothest journey, the couple says they're grateful for their families, who pitched in as much as they could. Tony’s family lives close by and his mom and sister attended the last ultrasound appointment. Mykelti’s mom, Christine, also visited them throughout the pregnancy to help out as much as possible.

Tony revealed in the video above, "Mykelti’s mom has actually been here as often as she’s been able to, with the state of the world. So, she’s been super awesome!"

We bet Christine was overjoyed to meet the newest addition to the family! Avalon is the third Sister Wives grandchild and will join her two cousins, three-year-old Axel and one-year-old Evangalynn (children of Mykelti’s sister, Maddie), as the youngest of the brood.

Mykelti and Tony announced their pregnancy back in September 2020 and threw a socially-distanced gender reveal party just a month later. Now, they are a family of three and couldn’t be any happier—and just look at that adorable nursery!
