Kimberly Reveals a Brand-New Smile After Dental Implants

Kimberly just showed off her results from a major procedure and we can't look away! The 90 Day Fiance alum, who recently announced her relationship with Wayne from 90 Day: The Single Life, posted a few photos on social media debuting her brand-new smile. She got full dental implants and couldn't be any happier with her new teeth.
"Smiling a little brighter these days," she wrote.
Kimberly was met with an outpouring of support on her post from fans and other 90 Day alums. Users left comments that said Kimberly was "glowing" and looked absolutely "gorgeous" in her photos.
Although Kimberly looked stunning in her after pics, she also gave us a glimpse inside the recovery process. She posted a funny video with her son, Jamal, where he joked that he preferred Kimberly "this way," unable to speak with her bandages on. Don't worry, she had the perfect response in the video below.
