Ted: "This is who you are -- super cool and high fashion."
Beryl: "Oh my god! Are you f&*%ing serious right now?! It's killer. I feel different and unique. There is no hiding this hair -- and I don't want to."

DEANATHE ASSESSMENTTed: "Where is the spark within you? I don't see it. It's like you're holding yourself back for some reason. But when I pull back the hair from your face, everything changes. It brings out the color of your eyes, which is amazing."

WANDATHE ASSESSMENTTed: : "Looking at you, I would say that your hair is rather boring -- very safe. You have a very nice, long neck and a great jawline. I want to emphasize all of that. I’m going to take it quite a bit shorter and change the color. Your hair should be sexy!"

ALEISHETHE ASSESSMENTAleishe: "I would prefer not to go really short. I think I would be really self-conscious with hair that's super short and I don't know that I have the features to pull it off."
Ted: "I'm not going to take it that short today, but I disagree with you: You do have the features! You have a fantastic jawline and beautiful eyes. I do want to cut quite a bit off and I'm also going to give you bangs."

CRIZTITHE ASSESSMENTTed: "I don't feel like you're really making a statement with your hair at the moment. Can we bump it up? I'm going to change your color, keeping you as a redhead but updating your look with some retouches. You have a nice neckline so I'm going to bring the length up."

COURTNEYTHE ASSESSMENTTed: "You have been wearing braids for so long, it's been very easy for you to rinse and go. They're almost a safety net for you. This is the game plan: I'm going to go short and give you a look that is completely different and super cool."

GINATHE ASSESSMENTTed: "I think your hair makes you look old. You have really nice eyes and a great chin line. What's going to happen is that as I remove a lot of the bulk in the back and the sides, your hair is going to emphasize your bone structure. I'm going to take 10 years off of you!"

DISATHE ASSESSMENTTed: "When I see little pigtails, I think of a 12 year-old girl. What does your image say to you? You don't have to look like a little girl in order to look youthful. I’m going to make you fun and sexy."
