Christine's Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 pounds red potatoes
  • 3 packets onion soup mix
  • salt
  • oil

PREPARATION:

1. Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise into wedges.

2. Sprinkle on soup mix and salt and drizzle on oil.

3. Mix well and place on jelly roll pans in a single layer.

4. Bake at 350? for 1 1/2 hours. After each half hour, baste oil onto wedges and turn wedges over.
