Get everything you need to cook with the Kitchen Boss this week!

Chicken Sorrentino Fusilli Ingredients:

  • 2 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Clove of garlic
  • 1 1-pound eggplant
  • 2 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 large eggs
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 pound fresh, sliced mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 cups marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 pound fusilli pasta
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Pasta Alla Norma Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • Small white onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 750-mg box of strained tomatoes
  • Bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound of short, forkable pasta (Buddy likes gemelli)
  • All-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs, homemade or store-bought
  • 3/4 cup crumbled ricotta salata
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Bananas Foster Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas, still slightly green
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons banana liqueur
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Joey's Nachos Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 15-ounce can of dark red kidney beans
  • Medium white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1/4 cup of chili sauce
  • Chili powder
  • Ground cumin
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Other optional toppings:

  • Scallions
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocados
  • Cilantro

Buddy's Pizza Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 28-ounce can of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
  • Sugar
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
