Get everything you need to cook with the Kitchen Boss this week!

Chicken and Pesto Panini Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Fresh loaf of sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons sundried tomato pesto
  • 4 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil

Marinara Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 28-ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 14.5-ounce cans of diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

Don't forget to pick up your favorite pasta to serve with Buddy's sauce, and reserve some sauce to make Buddy's pizza Friday night!

Pizza Dough Ingredients:

  • 15 ounces of unbleached, all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Tepid water

Saffron Risotto Ingredients:

  • 5 cups chicken or veal stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • Spanish onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Stuffed Eggplant Ingredients:

  • 3 baby eggplants
  • 1 pound mortadella
  • I ball fresh mozzarella
  • 1 14-ounce can of whole tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped to yield 3/4 cup)
