Get everything you need to cook with the Kitchen Boss this week!

Pizza Bread Ingredients:

  • 1 day-old bottom half of Pugliese loaf
  • 1 24-ounce can of plum tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (2 plump cloves)
  • Fresh basil (1/4 cup, torn)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Chunk of Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Chunk of Parmigiano cheese
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Perfect Pot Roast Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 to 3 pound-boneless chuck roast
  • 1/2 pound pancetta
  • Garlic (4 cloves)
  • 1 medium Spanish onion
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1 bunch slender carrots
  • Chianti or dry red Italian wine (2 cups)
  • Unsalted chicken or beef stock
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Fresh Italian parsley (2 tablespoons chopped)
  • Neutral oil
  • Egg noodles, tossed with butter and chopped parsley to serve as a side

Pasta with Ham, Peas and Cream Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces of sliced, baked ham
  • Butter (3 tablespoons)
  • 2 shallots
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Fresh or frozen peas (1 cup)
  • 1 pound long ruffled pasta, like Rustichella
  • Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup grated)
  • Heavy cream (1 cup)

Pepper and Prosciutto Panini Ingredients:

  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Fresh rosemary (1 teaspoon, minced)
  • Olive oil
  • 8x1/2-inch slices from an artisanal sourdough loaf
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto
  • 8x1-inch slices roasted red pepper
  • Olive oil

Grilled Oregano Chicken Skewers Ingredients:

  • Garlic (2 plump cloves)
  • Chili flakes
  • Zest of one lemon and 2 tablespoons juice
  • Fresh oregano (chopped, 2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, 1 tablespoon)
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
