Did you know that in 9 out of 10 cases in which a child is sexually abused, the perpetrator is someone the child or family knows?

You can help keep children safe through your time, support, and compassion. RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE and online.rainn.org) in partnership with more than 1,100 local sexual assault service providers. RAINN also carries out services and programs that educate the public and improve public policy.

Even if you give a little, it can make a world of difference to survivors and their loved ones. Explore the options below to learn about the issue, volunteer and support survivors through the National Sexual Assault Hotline. You can also find the 2017 Guide to Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month here.
