Mommy's Greek Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches

Sophie and Katherine think this is the best way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound carved turkey
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Mommy's Greek Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 8 slices fresh bread

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil and spread out in a workspace in front of you.
  3. Place one slice of bread on each piece of foil.
  4. On each slice of bread, place about 1/4 pound of carved turkey.
  5. Pour about 1/8 cup of turkey gravy on top of each turkey sandwich.
  6. Spread about 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes on each sandwich.
  7. Spread about 1/4 cup of Mommy's Greek Stuffing on each sandwich.
  8. Spread about 1/8 cup of cranberry sauce on each sandwich.
  9. Spread about 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese on each sandwich.
  10. Place a second slice of bread on top of each sandwich.
  11. Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
