Sofia’s Ice Cream Cone Tie-Dye Cupcakes

These tie-dye cupcakes can all be made with the Cake Boss Cakes, available here.

Ingredients:

-ice cream cones (Sofia chose to use colorful ice cream cones that she found at the grocery store)

-Cake Boss Cake Mix

-Cake Boss Frosting

-food coloring

Sofia likes to make the cake batter according to the directions on the Cake Boss Cake box. She then divides the batter between a few bowls and picks her favorite colors.

Before filling the ice cream cones, Sophia suggests using a mini-muffin pan to support the cones (so they don't fall over). A normal sized cupcake pan will work as well, but she sure not to make any sudden movements.

Fill the cones with one big spoonful of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cake is cooked through.

Let the cupcakes cool for about an hour before adding the Cake Boss Frosting.

Frost the cupcakes as desired and enjoy!

Note: It's likely that there will be some leftover batter, use the leftovers by following Sofia's Cake Pop recipe!
