How to Make Garlic Knots

-Store bought pizza dough

-3 oz unsalted butter

-5 cloves minced garlic

-1/4 cup parsley, chopped

-2 teaspoons kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400. Press the pizza dough into a rectangle - 1/2 " thick, 5" diameter. Cut into 1" strips. Twist and knot. Place knots on parchment lined sheet tray and lightly brush the tops with olive oil. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size - 1 hour. Uncover the knots and bake for 14 minutes or until lightly browned. While they're in the oven begin making the garlic butter.

Combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan and cook on low for 5 minutes. Add parsley and salt. Brush baked knots with garlic butter and enjoy!
