You use your smartphone for everything else -- why not to help manage your workouts? From apps that help you come up with new routines to ones that motivate you to complete your scheduled workout plan (like Fitocracy and Pact), fitness apps can help you reach your goals and stay on track. Look for podcasts, too, which you only listen to when you're working out; they can help you stick to your plan by giving you a reason to hit the gym on days you'd rather head home.
