Last May, Prince William, Princess Kate and Prince Harry launched Heads Together, which is a campaign meant to eliminate the stigma attached to mental health issues.

And the campaign just took a "groundbreaking" step.

Heads Together released ten short films on its YouTube page and website showcasing people from different social niches talking about their first conversations where they discussed their mental health issues.

"We hope these films show people how simple conversations can change the direction of an entire life," Their Royal Highnesses said on their official website. "Please share them with your friends and families and join us in a national conversation on mental health in the weeks ahead."

Each video in this series titled "#oktosay" is dedicated to the conversation between different pairs of people. One features comedian Ruby Wax and her husband Ed. Another features a musician and a cricketer (above). The third one is a model and her mom.

"...We all know that you cannot resolve a mental health issue by staying silent," Their Royal Highnesses said on their official website.

They hope these films will spark more conversations among people about mental health, which will help make cracks in the stigma that surrounds them.
