"Self-Care Sunday" has become a trending topic on social media. After a long week and a busy weekend, it is important to take a day to relax, rejuvenate and recharge. Self-care Sunday is all about doing what makes you feel ready for the upcoming week. It is so important to make sure that you are taking care of yourself so that you can put your best foot forward. So often people work hard during the week and stay up too late on the weekends. That is why everyone needs a self-care Sunday to allow themselves a day to truly relax. Clear your Sunday routine and try this self-care Sunday schedule that will make you feel ready for the week!

Enjoy your favorite morning rituals

Forget your alarm! You've spent the entire week getting up early which means Sunday is your day to sleep in. Take your time waking up and complete your favorite morning rituals. Whether it's going to get a latte or eating pancakes in bed, treat yourself to a relaxing morning doing all of the things that you enjoy!


Get some fresh air

While we love being couch potatoes on the weekends, this day is all about self-care. Do something good for your body and get outside. Go for a walk, a run or simply sit on a park bench and enjoy the fresh air. It's amazing how just 20 minutes outside can make you feel reenergized.
