It's easy to get bogged down in our busy daily lives, so much so that we forget to focus on our dreams and aspirations. Think of one dream that you've neglected in the past year. Social media can be all-consuming. If you find yourself frequently immersed in your phone rather than the life going on around you, then committing to a social media cleanse may make you more focused and less anxious.
