Jessica Cox, 32, was born without arms due to a rare, nongenetic birth defect. But while some people who have accepted that there were just some things they couldn't do, Cox keeps checking supposedly impossible tasks off her to-do list. She plays piano beautifully (with her feet!), has a black belt from the American Tae Kwon Do Association, and is licensed to fly a plane. Her adventurous spirit started early, and her mother enrolled her from everything to gymnastics to tap dancing. Though she wore prosthetic limbs from ages three to 14, she claims there is no substitute for the "tactile of ability of flesh and bone." She's taught herself to do nearly everything with her feet -- eat, write, and even wash the dishes. Watch her incredible story below!
