Feeling under the weather and in need of a pick me up? Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters! The stars of the upcoming all-lady version of Ghostbusters took time off from filming to visit the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center.

Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones showed up at the hospital dressed in their finest Ghostbusters outfits, ready to scare some ghosts and cheer up some kids. And the hospital was ready for them, too: Staffers hung up signs in the window reading "Who ya gonna call?"

The visit was felt by patients and their parents. On a Facebook post on Tufts Medical Center's page, one mother of a patient wrote, "That was wonderful of them to take the time to put a smile on my son's face! He's been through soooo much in his battle against Stage-4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer! This was good for his morale and very appreciated!"

Another mom did her best to fend off the trolls that are still mad that an all-female version of the movie is being made. "The visit from these ladies was an uplifting treat," she wrote. "It also wasn't just a promo photo op. They asked about him and chatted with us. No matter how you feel about the movie remake, you should do well to remember that this visit meant a lot to the people receiving it."
