The Best Podcasts for People Who Love True Crime

If shows about crime stories and cold cases keep you up at night--mainly because you can't stop watching, you're officially a true crime fan. So why not take your love of true crime to the world of podcasts because that is where you'll find amazing storytellers, incredible investigations, and tales of crime and punishment.

If you are new to the world of podcasts, true crime lovers will all agree, plug in your headphones and start with Serial, which investigates the 1999 murder of a Baltimore teen and conviction of her ex-boyfriend in a gripping series that is full of twists and turns. Then move on to a few of these true crime favorites.

  • My Favorite Murder- The perfect combination of true crime, humor, and snark, My Favorite Murder is the hit podcast that every true crime fan needs in their podcast library. Hosts Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark discuss everything from infamous murders, serial killers, and hometown stories from listeners. The podcast started in 2016, so even if you are new to the series, you'll have plenty of episodes to keep you laughing, a little scared, and loving all things true crime.
