Lunch- Superfood Pesto Pasta

Amp up your store-bought pesto by blending it with superfoods! Blending your pesto with kale and spinach will add vitamins and minerals to your pasta dish. You can also throw in hemp seeds which are a great source of lean protein! Toss this delicious superfood pesto with pasta for a healthy, nutrient packed lunch.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter & Cacao Bites (GF and Vegan)? These are no-bake, take less than 10 minutes to make, and are perfect to grab as a snack or to as a light breakfast ?? They are packed with all natural peanut butter, gluten free rolled oats, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and superfood seeds like hemp hearts and chia! You can replace the cacao nibs for chocolate chips if you prefer! The cacao nibs provide you with tons of magnesium and antioxidants, peanut butter for fiber and protein, chia seeds for the omega 3 and 6, hemp hearts for added protein and nutrients, and coconut flakes for sweetness ??Check out the ingredients below! ____________________________________________ 1. 1 cup dry rolled oats (i use @bobsredmill gf) 2. 2/3 cup coconut flakes (i used finely shredded) 3. 1/2 cup peanut butter 4. 1/2 cup cacao nibs or choco chips 5. 1/2 hemp hearts or ground flax 6. 1 tbsp chia seeds 7. Splash of vanilla extract 8. Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup for added sweetness __________________________________________ Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and let chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. 2. Roll into balls! 3. Keeps refrigerated for a week in an airtight container!
