Slow Cooker Zoodles with Meat Sauce

This simple, low-carb recipe is perfect for any night of the week. All you have to do is brown beef in the pan, add the veggies and spices and cook on high for 4 hours. You will have a delicious dinner that tastes just like spaghetti in meat sauce. This is also a great way to sneak vegetables into your child's diet!

Whole Chicken

Cooking a whole chicken can seem intimidating, but it is actually extremely easy! All you have to do is chop a bunch of vegetables and lay your seasoned chicken on top. Cook this in the oven for a couple hours until the chicken is cooked to perfection. Your family will be complimenting you all night for this even though it only took a few simple steps.

Whole chickens were buy one get two free this week! So obviously I came home with 3 chickens ?Roasted one in the cast iron skillet surrounded by potatoes and onions ? . . . ?seasoned the chicken skin with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and Italian seasoning then sprayed it with coconut oil. Roasted it for 40 min at 425 with big chunks of onion. Then I added in the diced potatoes (coated in olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning). Set the oven to 375 and baked it all for 40 more minutes. In a small bowl mix together sauce ingredients. Pour sauce into the slow cooker. Stir to mix well. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6. Stir in fresh broccoli. Cook an additional 30 minutes or until soft.
