The city-dwelling Webnars were searching for a simpler life to grow their family, and they found the perfect solution -- a move to the countryside! So Mom Lauren, Dad Nate, and adorable 4-year-old Juniper, all of whom were born with achondroplasia dwarfism, packed up and made a new home in Arizona to start a farm! New TLC Series 'Little Life on the Prairie' will follow the family's effort to run a farm, adjust to country life and expand their family despite major health risks and medical challenges.

The big move may not be too tough on Nate since he was actually raised on a hobby farm in rural Wisconsin, but quintessential city girl Lauren is a different story. Despite their differences, it was love at first sight for these two, followed by marriage and baby. However, because of a genetic condition related to their dwarfism, Lauren and Nate's pregnancies are at risk of inheriting both dwarfism genes, known as the fatal double-dominant syndrome. This has created a challenging and at times heartbreaking pregnancy journey.

Even still, Lauren and Nate have held fast to their wish of giving Juniper a sibling. Not only have they decided to pursue the risky ambition of starting a farm from scratch, but they will also be pursuing IVF with genetic testing to help ensure a healthy baby and finally expand their family.

Will the couple succeed as full-fledged farmers? And will they realize their dream of having more children? No matter the challenges, obstacles or disappointments they may face, the Webnar family is committed to realizing their family dreams on the prairie. Watch the series premiere Monday August, 20th at 10/9c on TLC!
