Make Your Own Creme Brulee

Because who doesn't love creme brulee! Now you can impress your party guests!

Warm 2 cups of heavy cream

Pour over 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

Five egg yolks in a separate bowl

Add five tablespoons of sugar

Whisk together

Strain the mixture to make it smooth & velvety

Pour into five ramekins (Pour up to the ramekin's line)

Add hot water halfway in the pan holding the ramekins

Bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes at 250?

Cool for 20 minutes

1 Teaspoon of raw sugar for each ramekin

Caramelize the top
