Grab your tissues because you're going to need them with TLC's new Monday night lineup - kicking off November 6th with Long Lost Family at 8/7c, Long Island Medium at 9/8c, and new series The Healer at 10/9c.

If you're wondering just how much waterproof mascara to stock up on, take a peek at this clip from a previous season of the notorious tear-jerker, Long Lost Family

Now that you know what to expect, let's take a look at what's coming up on these series:

Long Lost Family
This classic is known for sharing highly emotional and touching stories of people who have suffered a lifetime of separation. All are either yearning to be reunited with their birth parents and biological families, or find children they had to place for adoption a long time ago, but either because of circumstance or fate, they've barely - if ever - met.

In the second part of its sophomore season, the series follows more unbelievable stories, including a woman whose mother dropped her off in front of a house when she was only four years old; a group of siblings seeking their sperm donor father; a gay man who finds out for the first time that he is a father at 49 years old and a woman who may never learn of her real birthday because she was just a baby when she was left in a basket on an Amish family's doorstep. This sentimental show will have you wiping your eyes, and holding your loved ones close.

Long Island Medium
Theresa Caputo's 50th birthday is around the corner, but her signature sass and spiritual connection are as vibrant as ever! This season will feature a few famous faces including, Kelsey Grammer, who receives a very emotional reading; This is Us star Chrissy Metz who connects with someone she wasn't able to give a proper goodbye to, as well as Bob Harper of The Biggest Loser and Sugar Ray frontman and TV host, Mark McGrath.

Throughout each episode, Theresa's connection to spirits helps provide comfort and closure to those who need it most. Working tirelessly to balance her gift and personal life, Theresa opens up like never before about the difficulty of doing and having it all.

The Healer
Imagine being 18 years old and discovering you have the ability to heal people with nothing but your hands. Seems hard to believe, but for Charlie Goldsmith - it's just another average day. An energy healer from Melbourne, Australia, Charlie travels the globe sharing his gift with celebrities, athletes, and people from all walks of life who are hoping to cure their chronic and debilitating ailments.

His method can take as little as 60 seconds and has successfully relieved people from chronic injuries, autoimmune conditions, infections, allergies, severe body pain and more. The path to credibility is a long one, but Charlie has been walking it ever since he discovered his unique ability. Working with scientists and medical professionals, Charlie seeks to shine a light on the practice of energy healing and work towards establishing it as a legitimate option for alleviating pain.
