Spring is a time for renewal, and that includes your clothes closet! When Old Man Winter's frozen mornings give way to Mother Nature's warm sunny days, it's time to revamp your wardrobe accordingly.

Not sure what to wear this spring? We scouted Spring 2018's most wearable trends for you to embrace. Here's what to retire from your closet and reach for when the weather warms up.

Say Goodbye to Basic Black

Sure, black is a classic. We know that you can't go wrong with your favorite Little Black Dress. But when the temps begin to rise, it's time to freshen up your wardrobe with warm sunny hues.

Spring 2018 runways showcased pops of vibrant colors. Citrus hues were designer darlings on the Spring fashion runways...think lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit. If you can't entirely ditch the dark, then pair darker hues on the bottom, such as black jeans or leggings, with a vibrant top for on-trend flair.

Muy caliente!

Matte Fabric is SO 2017

Your solid matte prints are very last season. Add some designer flair to your spring wardrobe by swapping matte tops or dresses for diaphanous layers. This trend is more wearable than you may think. Long-sleeved sheer tops can be layered with tanks. Semi-sheer dresses can be made weekend ready when paired with a slip

Retire That Worn Winter Puffer Coat

Stash your winter puffer coat in the recesses of your closet until fall. This spring, you'll want to lighten up your outerwear game with a fabulous trench. Reach for a bold print, polka dots, or a vibrant hue for a dose of spring friendly fashion.

Move Over, Statement Jewelry

Spring is the time to shelve those heavy statement necklaces and weighty earrings for lighter, airier accessories. Reach for delicate pieces in skin flattering tones, such as rose gold or soft natural stones. Pastel stone earrings are beautifully wearable.

So Long, Staid Navy

Navy is a solid and predictable winter favorite. Usher in spring with the hot new hue. Lilac is where it's at this spring! This wearable shade adds flattering light to every skin hue. Reach for a lavender dress for spring fun. If full-on lavender is too daunting, then a lavender floral scarf would brighten your complexion.

Reach for spring trends this season to add spice and style to your wardrobe. When in doubt, remember fashion should be fun, so don't be afraid to take a chance with trends this season.
