Danielle’s Delicious Watermelon Salad Recipe

We get it.

Summers can get hectic and sometimes it's hard to find time to make a fresh meal. With 6 daughters, no one knows this better than Danielle Busby. That's why she's sharing her go-to watermelon salad recipe -- delicious, healthy, and under 5 ingredients to boot! Head to the kitchen and whip up this summer staple before the OutDaughtered season premiere Tuesday, July 11th at 9/8c!

Watermelon Salad
Cucumber Watermelon Salad


4 cups seedless, chopped watermelon
1 sliced cucumber
1 cup crumpled feta cheese
1-2 tsp. honey
1 lime
1/2 cup fresh mint (optional)


  1. Slice cucumber to your preference of thickness.
  2. Add slices to a large mixing bowl along with the cubed, seedless watermelon.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese
  4. Chop mint leaves and add to taste
  5. Drizzle honey on top
  6. Squeeze fresh lime into bowl
  7. Toss until mixed
