What does true love look like? Probably something like Tom Clark and his wife Arnisteen. Tom is 96 and Arnisteen is 92, and they've been married for 68 years, which is an accomplishment in itself. What's even more amazing, is that they've only been apart once -- when Tom was stationed in Korea during a stint in the Army.

Both Clarks were recently admitted to the Piedmont Fayette Hospital, but were put in different rooms. "Because they were on the orthopedic surgical floor, none of those rooms have double occupancy so they couldn't be together, and it was clearly breaking their hearts," Charlsie Niemiec, the hospital's social media specialist told ABC News.

Staff noticed how unhappy the pair were, and so they made arrangements to put them both in the same room for visits. The Clark's condition improved dramatically. One of our managers, Tina, got some help with the clinical staff to go above and beyond to get special visitation rights," Niemiec said. "He was able to sit there with her for a few hours every single day."

"I just can't be away from her," said Tom of his wife. "She's the finest woman in the world."
