It's no secret that new parents often get inspiration for baby names from pop culture -- the name Bella, the heroine in the Twilight series, spiked after the movie's 2010 release. Books, tv shows, and films have influenced baby names for years, but in 2015, parents are looking for new sources to bolster creativity.

And, according to a recent Time article, one of those sources is Instagram. BabyCenter.com just released its most popular baby names of 2015. Below are their top 10 lists:

10 most popular girl names of 2015:

  1. Sophia
  2. Emma
  3. Olivia
  4. Ava
  5. Mia
  6. Isabella
  7. Zoe
  8. Lily
  9. Emily
  10. Madison

10 most popular boy names of 2015:

  1. Jackson
  2. Aiden
  3. Liam
  4. Lucas
  5. Noah
  6. Mason
  7. Ethan
  8. Caden
  9. Logan
  10. Jacob

What was more interesting, and perhaps more surprising, was that names seemingly inspired by Instagram filters saw some big jumps. For boys, Lux, Ludwig, Amaro, Reyes, Hudson and Kelvin increased in popularity, while Juno, Valencia and Willow were popular for girls. Pretty crazy, right?

Though some of these names have been popular for a few years, Lux actually saw a dip in 2013 and 2014 before gaining popularity again and Ludwig peaked in 2013, names like Juno have become more in-demand in the past year.

Just like most baby names, we're sure this trend will likely come and go, but let's hope there won't be any little X-Pros and Hefes anytime soon.
