One Pennsylvania woman brought new meaning to the saying 'Baby on Board' with this sweet pregnancy announcement she planned for her husband.

After a trip to Las Vegas -- where the couple notes they didn't win big -- Lisa Sadiwnyk, 27, handed a note to the flight crew of American Airlines Flight 607 before boarding their flight home. The crew was more than happy to help her out with a big surprise for her husband, Eric.

Sadiwnyk told ABC News that the flight captain announced for "everyone to get out their cameras and cellphones," Sadiwnyk explained. He continued that "it's going to be a YouTube moment."

He then read the note Sadiwnyk had penned asking people to turn to seat 29E -- where her husband was sitting -- followed by, "Congratulations, you're going to be a dad." What was her husband's reaction? You can see for yourself in the video below.

Here's a MUST WATCH! A few weeks ago, my husband Eric Sadiwnyk got quite the surprise on our returning flight from Las Vegas. There aren't enough Thank You's for the crew of American Airlines Flight 607 (1/13/16) with service from Las Vegas to Philadelphia. You all helped me to pull this off seamlessly! I'm hoping if this video makes it around the internet a bit, I may be able to find the crew and Thank them again! I'll also be sending a copy to American Airlines Customer Relations. I love you Eric Sadiwnyk!

Sadiwnyk also told ABC News that after she stopped filming, she handed her husband a Las Vegas onesie she had picked up during their trip.
