In this video, we meet Lauren who has been pregnant since 2012. She cannot afford to leave work and give birth to her child, so she has simply decided to stay pregnant.

As convincing as the video may seem, it is not a true story; it is a message put out by the National Partnership for Women & Families to call attention to an important issue.

According to the caption on the video, most U.S. workers--86 percent of them--don't have paid family leaves through their employers. In fact, only four states have paid family leave and medical leave laws.

Through this humorous video that showcases the issues Lauren runs into while being "260 weeks" pregnant at work, the organization hopes to make some changes.

It hopes that viewers will feel the need to urge their members of Congress to fight for a national paid leave policy.
