Need a quick and easy dinner idea for tonight? Short on time and groceries? We looked to Instagram for inspiration and found these gems. Most of them can be made with things already in your cupboard and fridge, and shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes. And you'll feel better than if you order takeout again.

Tortilla Style Tacos from an Instagrammer we can only infer is from Australia since she refers to ground beef as "mince." Super simple, and they look pretty good!

Pork noodle salad. We love this Eating Well recipe because it incorporates protein using a burger. Chances are you have some kind of burger in your freezer -- we bet a turkey burger would work just as well.

Spicy chicken and broccoli.
Dani lost 200 pounds on her own, and she's chronicling it all online. The secret to her spicy chicken and broccoli by adding Frank's hot sauce.

Baked pasta with mushrooms and cheese. Sometimes it's all in the presentation -- would you have guessed that this recipe contains little more than pasta, mushrooms and cheese (and a lot of ingenuity)?

Whole wheat papardelle with shrimp. If you don't have a bag of frozen shrimp in your freezer, definitely get one. They're are an easy protein to add to a last-minute dinner like this one.
