We're sure it can be a little difficult to maintain MOH duties while on an international tour, but this weekend, Taylor was the "happiest maid of honor ever" at BFF Britany Maack's fairytale wedding. Maids of honor across the nation will have to really try to top her, but luckily, Tay has a few pointers for every MOH to make every best friend's wedding the ultimate special day.

Be there for the ups and downs
Any bride can tell you that, while engagement is a very happy time, planning a wedding can be stressful. Be there for the big milestones--dress fittings, the bridal shower--but don't forget to also be there when the invites come back misspelled or she can't choose between chocolate mousse and red velvet cake for dessert.

Keep her grounded.
It can be easy for a bride to get swept up and stressed out with wedding planning, which is why it's so important to have a best friend there to remind you of simpler times and keep your feet on the ground. A maid of honor isn't just the bride's full-time helper--she's a walking, talking support system and someone to always have her back.

Make her big day as special as she is.
Whether you're a Grammy winner or you only sing in the shower, as a maid of honor, there's nothing more important than making her wedding day meet her wildest dreams -- pun intended -- and if anyone deserves to have the perfect wedding day, it's your lifelong friend.
