They say it's the most important meal of the day, and there's a lot of science to back that up (e.g., kids who eat breakfast do better in school, adults who eat breakfast are much less likely to overeat the rest of the day, and so on). But sometimes breakfast can be the last thing you can put any real thought into during a stressful morning. So here are some ideas to help take the stress out of this crucial morning meal.

Avocado Smoothie + Half Avocado. Sometimes there's no way around it: you don't have time for a sit-down breakfast, so you'll have to drink it. And if you're going the smoothie route, why not try this one. And bonus if you do have a moment to stop and chew: you can eat the other half as a side-snack!
