If you're anything like us, you're about to sit back and congratulate yourself for checking everything off of your holiday to-do list when it hits you: you forgot about stocking stuffers. Don't fear, don't panic. We've got you covered.

1. Lottery scratch-off tickets. These are fun even if they aren't winners because it's a little grown-up game of chance, all in the comfort of your cozy home.

2. Socks. I mean, is it really even Christmas without Christmas socks? To make it extra easy on yourself, check out Target's $1 and $3 bins at the front of the store. That's where we found ours! (Or you could splurge on these ones for $5 at Target.com)

3. Candy. It might seem like a no-brainer, but you can make it more special if you choose something seasonal (like peppermint bark) and/or put it into a festive cellophane bag.

4. Gift cards. A lot of people view gift cards as a "cop out" gift, but I've yet to meet a giftee who didn't like being able to pick out their own gift. When in doubt, you can get one from your credit card provider.

5. Dollar store loot. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it isn't great. This is one of our favorite places for seasonal goods because even if it isn't made to last, it won't matter because it's only meant to be used for short periods of time.

6. Photos. With the advent of selfie sticks (and smartphones), everyone snaps everything nowadays, but so rarely do they actually get a picture they can hold. Do them the favor of printing out a favorite -- or do one better and get them a whole book made via a service like Groovebook.

7. Smartphone case. If you want to go high-end, you can go with the Mophie (as recommended in our Ultimate Gift Guide), or you can get one that also functions as a wallet, a just-blingy-enough one at H&M.
